You can use standard Outlook (Windows/Mac/Mobile) to manage your TrekMail account alongside your other emails.

Step-by-step (New Outlook / Classic)
- Open Outlook.
- Go to File -> Add Account.
- Enter your TrekMail email address.
- Select Advanced options -> Let me set up my account manually.
- Choose IMAP.

- Click Connect.
Troubleshooting
- Symptom: Outlook keeps asking for password.
- Fix: Double check you are not using your Account password. Also, unsure you typed the username as the full email address.
- Symptom: Folders aren't syncing.
- Fix: Right-click the inbox and choose "Update Folder List". Or check that the "Root folder path" in Advanced Settings is empty.
