Why Can't I Connect My Email Client?
Most connection failures are due to incorrect server settings or passwords.
Double-Check These Settings
Go to Domains -> Your Domain -> Connection tab and verify:

| IMAP Port | 993 (SSL/TLS) |
| SMTP Host | smtp.trekmail.net |
| SMTP Port | 465 or 587 |
| Username | Full email address |
Common Mistakes
- Using the domain's SMTP:
smtp.yourdomain.comwill not work. Usesmtp.trekmail.net. - Wrong Port: Port 25 is often blocked by ISPs. Use 465 or 587.
- Old Saved Profile: Delete old accounts from before migrating to TrekMail.
