I Forgot My Password
There are two different passwords in TrekMail.
Account Password (Dashboard Login)
What it's for: Logging into trekmail.net/login.
How to reset:
- Go to the login page.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email and check your inbox for a reset link.
Mailbox Password (Email Login)
What it's for: Logging into Webmail or email apps (Outlook, iPhone, etc.).
How to reset:
- If you're an admin: Go to Mailboxes -> Change Password (key icon).
- If you're a user: Ask your admin to reset it for you.
Common Mistake
People try their account password in Webmail. That won't work. You need the mailbox password.
