Deleting your account is permanent and removes all domains, mailboxes, and stored emails.
Before You Delete
- Export Important Emails: Use IMAP to download mail to Outlook/Thunderbird.
- Cancel Subscription: Ensure you don't have an active paid subscription to avoid future charges.
- Update MX Records: Point your DNS back to your new provider or you'll lose incoming mail.
How to Delete
- Go to Settings -> Security.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone.
- Click Delete Account.
- Type your password to confirm.
What Happens Next?
- Immediate: You are logged out.
- 30-Day Grace Period: We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind.
- After 30 Days: All data is permanently deleted.
