You can change your plan at any time to adjust limits or storage.
How to change plans
- Go to Plan in the dashboard.
- Review the cards. Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle to see pricing options.
- Click Upgrade or Downgrade on the card you want.
- Confirm the payment (for upgrades) or the warning (for downgrades).
Upgrading (Immediate)
- Timing: Happens immediately.
- Billing: We charge you the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Example: If you upgrade halfway through the month, you only pay for the remaining half of the higher plan.
Downgrading (Scheduled)
- Timing: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current features until then.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused time on downgrades.
Downgrading to Free
- Storage Warning: If you have 40GB of email and downgrade to Free (5GB limit), you will stop receiving email. You must delete data to fit within the new limit.
- SMTP: On the Free plan, Managed SMTP is disabled. You must configure BYO SMTP to send email.
