Until now, everything in your account went through one login — yours. If a client wanted to add a mailbox, they asked you. If a colleague needed to check a DNS record, you either did it for them or handed over your password.

Client & Team Access changes that. You invite people into your dashboard, at your address, and you decide what each of them can reach.

It comes with White Label Lite. There is nothing extra to buy and no per-person fee — invite two people or twenty, the price is the same.

What it looks like to them

Your client opens app.yourbrand.com, signs in, and sees your logo and your colours. They see the domains you assigned to them and nothing else. As far as they are concerned, they are using your product.

They never see a TrekMail sign-in page, they never get a TrekMail invoice, and they cannot see what you pay us. Your other clients are invisible to them.

What you can hand over

You choose per person, and you can change your mind at any time:

  • Which domains they reach. A client who runs example.com sees that domain, its mailboxes, its DNS. Your other clients' domains are not merely hidden — they are unreachable.
  • What they may do there. A role decides whether somebody can create mailboxes, edit DNS, run a migration, or only look.
  • Whether they get the dashboard at all. Some people only need their mailbox. There is a role for that too.

Who this is for

Agencies. Hand each client the parts of the dashboard that belong to them. Stop being the middleman for password resets and new mailboxes.

Small teams. Give the person who manages email the mailbox tools without giving them your billing.

Anyone with a helper. A contractor who sets up domains for you does not need — and should not have — the keys to everything else.

What stays yours alone

Some things never move, whatever role you hand out:

  • Billing. The plan, the card, the invoices and the White Label add-on stay with you. Nobody you invite can change what you pay or see it.
  • Ownership. Only you can close the account or transfer it.
  • The account itself. Everybody you invite works inside your account. They do not get an account of their own, and their access ends the moment you end it.

What it costs

Nothing beyond White Label Lite, which is $39 a month or $389 a year. People are not seats — there is no limit on how many you invite and no charge per person.

You can set everything up before you buy. Invite people, pick their roles, assign their domains — it all saves. Nobody can sign in until the add-on is active, because the dashboard they would sign in to is the branded one, and that is what the add-on provides.

Getting started

  1. Open Team in your dashboard.
  2. Choose Invite people.
  3. Enter their email, pick a role, choose the domains they may reach.
  4. Send them the link. It works once and expires after seven days.

Common questions

Do they need a TrekMail account? No. They create a password when they open your invitation, and from then on they sign in at your address.

Can I see what they did? Yes. The Team page keeps a timeline of who was invited, who changed what access, and when.

What if somebody leaves? Remove them from the Team page and their access ends immediately — including any session they already had open.

Can a client invite other people? Only if you give them that permission. It is off for every role except the ones you build yourself.
