Why Am I Not Receiving Emails?
If you can send but not receive, it's almost always a DNS issue.
Step 1: Check Domain Status
Go to Domains -> Your Domain.
- Status should be: ✅ Active
- If not: Click Verify DNS and fix any errors shown.
Step 2: Verify MX Records
Your MX record must point to TrekMail's servers. Use mxtoolbox.com to check:
example.com MX priority 10, mailserver mx.trekmail.net
Common mistake: You still have old MX records from GoDaddy, cPanel, or Google Workspace. Delete those.
Step 3: Check the Mailbox
- Go to Mailboxes.
- Ensure the user exists and is Active.
- Log in to Webmail to see if the emails are there but hidden in folders.
