White Label Lite is a separate branding subscription that works with every TrekMail mail plan: Nano, Starter, Pro, and Agency. It changes the branded customer experience, not the number of domains, mailboxes, messages, or storage your mail plan permits.

Available on every plan

You can set up White Label Lite on Nano as well as on a paid mail plan. The current USD list price is $39 per month or $389 per year, with the final currency and amount shown in checkout.

The list price is $39 per month or $389 per year, independent of which mail plan you use. Active Starter, Pro, and Agency plans receive the stated 10% White Label discount. Your mail plan still controls domains, mailboxes, sending volume, and storage. White Label Lite adds branding on top of those limits.

Your mail plan still controls mail-plan capacity and features. For example, a White Label Lite account on Nano retains Nano's domain, mailbox, storage, and sending rules. Upgrading the mail plan adds capacity; it does not change the branding subscription.

What you need to launch a branded experience

You can start the White Label preview or trial before every setup task is complete. To take a branded sign-in or webmail address live, you will need:

  • A domain that you control and have added to TrekMail.
  • Access to that domain's DNS settings.
  • The ability to add the exact hostname and DNS records displayed in the White Label setup for that domain.

Do not copy a generic CNAME, hostname, or DNS record from another article or account. The setup screen is the source of truth for the branded address and records that apply to your account. Once the records are in place, follow the verification status in the dashboard before sending clients to the new address.

Client & Team Access does not use seat-based billing. You can send unlimited client and team invitations while White Label Lite is active. Give each person only the role and domains they need, and remove access when their work with you ends. See Give your clients and staff their own login.

The 72-hour preview and 30-day trial

The White Label preview link is available for 72 hours, while the White Label trial lasts 30 days. Both are available on every mail plan. There is no Starter, Pro, or Agency requirement, and the White Label trial is separate from the 14-day mail-plan trial.

Use the preview to check the branded experience and the trial to test the live setup. The account's current verification and checkout steps are shown when you start, and a White Label trial can be used once per account. The trial does not change your mail-plan billing or limits. At the end of it, review the White Label checkout summary to decide whether to continue as a paid subscription.

What happens when you change your mail plan

Upgrading a mail plan

An upgrade from Nano to Starter, Starter to Pro, or Pro to Agency leaves the White Label configuration in place. Your brand settings remain separate while the mail plan supplies more domains, mailboxes, storage, or sending capacity.

When the new mail plan is active Starter, Pro, or Agency, the 10% White Label discount applies to the White Label price shown for the account. The 10% Drive discount remains available while White Label Lite is active.

Downgrading a mail plan

You can downgrade a mail plan while White Label Lite remains active, including a downgrade to Nano. The White Label subscription and mail plan are managed independently. Before the downgrade becomes effective, check the lower plan's storage, domain, mailbox, sending, and feature limits so a branded service is not relying on a capability that will no longer be available.

If the mail plan moves from Starter, Pro, or Agency to Nano, the White Label plan discount no longer applies to a new quote. The active White Label subscription is still managed separately in Billing.

Canceling White Label Lite

Changing or canceling a mail plan does not automatically cancel White Label Lite. If you no longer want the branded layer, manage White Label Lite from Billing as its own subscription. Read Canceling White Label Lite before confirming, especially if clients use the branded addresses.

Deleting the entire TrekMail account is a different action. Review the account-deletion screen and its consequences before starting it, because account deletion affects access to the account and its associated services.

Billing currency

White Label Lite is billed separately from the mail plan. The price, currency, renewal period, and any applicable discount are all shown in its own checkout and Billing details. Do not assume that a mail-plan currency or payment method is automatically reused for White Label Lite.

Branding more than one domain

Branding is configured by domain. One TrekMail account can run multiple branded domains, subject to the account's normal domain limit. Use the domain's Branding area to choose whether it inherits the account default, uses a domain-specific brand, or has branding turned off.

This works well when one business manages several products or clients but wants a shared billing account. Use separate TrekMail accounts when billing, ownership, or access must be fully separate. A separate account has its own subscription, users, and workspace.

Before applying a brand to several domains, test one domain first. Confirm its exact DNS records, signed-in experience, logo, colors, and sender-facing details. Then apply the approved brand to the other domains from the dashboard.

Common situations

"I am on Nano and want a branded service." Start White Label Lite from the Plans page or a domain's Branding area. Nano remains your mail plan; White Label is billed separately and uses the same mail-plan limits underneath.

"I am upgrading because I have grown." Upgrade the mail plan from Plans. The White Label settings remain, and the paid mail-plan price benefit is reflected in the White Label quote.

"I manage several client brands." Add and verify each client's domain, then configure the correct brand for that domain. Use separate accounts only when you need separately owned billing and workspaces.

"I want to test it first." Use the 72-hour White Label preview for a visual check or the 30-day trial for a live setup. Check the setup screen for the exact DNS records and the checkout screen for the continuation price before you share a branded URL with clients.
