14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial for new customers.
- You must add a payment method to start the trial.
- You will be charged $0.00 today.
- You can cancel anytime before the 14 days are up to avoid being charged.
- Switching to Nano: If you switch to the Nano plan during your trial, the trial ends immediately.
- Switching Paid Plans: You can switch between paid plans (e.g., Starter to Pro) freely during the trial to compare features.
- Build at full scale during the trial: Create mailboxes and add domains up to your selected plan's limits before your first payment — there is no extra trial cap on mailboxes or domains. Only sending is rate-limited until you pay (see Sending Limits per Plan).
Monthly vs Yearly Billing
- Monthly: Pay as you go. Cancel anytime.
- Yearly: Commit to 12 months and save roughly 20%.
- Example: Starter is $4.00 billed monthly, or $3.50/mo equivalent when billed yearly ($42/year).
Storage & Compression
Storage on TrekMail is pooled — your plan's total capacity is shared between email and TrekMail Drive (file storage). A 50 GB Pro plan can hold any combination of email and Drive files that adds up to 50 GB; there is no separate per-product allocation.
All plans include automatic email compression powered by industry-standard gzip. This gives you approximately 30% more effective email storage from your quota — completely transparent, no action required. See Mailbox Storage and Quotas for details on how the pool is calculated.
Need more space?
Two paid options expand the pool without changing your mail plan tier:
- Dedicated Mail Storage add-on — adds raw megabytes to the pool, purchased on the Billing page.
- Drive Add-on subscription — adds anywhere from 250 GB to 100 TB of pooled capacity. Purchased separately, with monthly or yearly billing in 10 currencies. See Drive Add-on Pricing & Plans.
Both add-ons stack on top of your plan's base allocation and on top of each other.
White Label Lite add-on
If you're running TrekMail for clients or as part of a broader product, the White Label Lite add-on rebrands the dashboard and webmail under your own domain — your logo, your name, your colors, your transactional emails. Available on every plan, including Nano.
- $39 / month or $389 / year (saves $79 a year).
- Comes with a 10% discount on current Drive Storage add-on prices.
- One-CNAME setup; SSL is auto-provisioned and renewed.
See What is White Label Lite? for the overview.
Promo Codes
Have a promo code? You can apply it during checkout or when upgrading to receive a discount on your subscription.
- Where to enter: Look for the "Promo Code" field in the payment popup when subscribing or upgrading.
- Card payments only: Promo codes are available for card payments via Stripe. They cannot be used with cryptocurrency payments.
- One use per account: Each promo code can only be redeemed once per account. If you've already used a specific code, it cannot be applied again.
- Stacking: Promo codes do not stack with referral discounts—we automatically apply the best available price for your account.

Forwarding Addresses deliver on Agency only. On the other plans you can still set them up — up to 25 per domain — and they are saved and marked inactive until the account moves to Agency, at which point they start working without being re-entered. See Forwarding Addresses for the full picture, including how forwarded mail counts against your sending limits.
API and MCP counts: the application currently registers 244 REST API routes. The self-hosted stdio MCP catalog contains 235 tools: 173 infrastructure/operations tools and 62 message tools. Hosted HTTP MCP exposes at most 234 because local-path file upload is intentionally unavailable on a remote server. Every connection is filtered by plan, token scopes, mailbox/domain constraints, transport, and safety gates, so most agents see a smaller list.
Connected-inbox Send As: Starter users can connect external inboxes and choose authorized From addresses in webmail. Programmatic connected-account and Send As management uses message tokens and is available on Pro and Agency. See Send From a Business Address Using Gmail for the simple workflow or Send As Addresses via API and MCP for automation.
