One user login can belong to several accounts. That is normal here: you might run your own account and also have access to an agency’s account.
Nothing is merged. Each account keeps its own domains, mailboxes, billing and people. You move between them.
Where the switcher is
Open the account switcher in the dashboard navigation. It shows the accounts you can currently reach. Each row tells you two things:
- What the account is: the brand it trades under, or "Your account" for the one you own.
- What you are in it: Owner, or the role you hold there.
The one you are in is marked with a tick. Click any other to switch.
What changes when you switch
Everything account-shaped: domains, mailboxes, Drive, settings, and what the sidebar offers.
The change is complete, not cosmetic. Switch into an agency where you are a Client and you see their domains and not your own; switch back and your own return. There is no view that mixes the two, and nothing leaks in either direction.
Your role travels with the account. You may be Owner in yours and Read-only in somebody else's, and the dashboard behaves accordingly in each.
Why you may not see a switcher
You only reach one account. Most people do. The switcher appears when there are at least two.
You are on a branded address. A branded host can be bound to one account, so the switcher may be unavailable there.
To move between accounts, use the platform dashboard address configured for your deployment. From there, select an account you are permitted to access.
Signing in to the right place
Two different sign-ins exist and they are not interchangeable:
- The dashboard: your email address and the password you chose. This is where domains, mailboxes and settings live.
- Webmail: the mailbox address and its own mailbox password. A mailbox is not a dashboard login.
Use the webmail address provided for that mailbox. If you are unsure which one applies, ask the account owner rather than trying another customer’s branded address.
Leaving an account
You cannot remove yourself from somebody else's account. Ask an account owner to suspend or remove your membership. The membership is checked on later requests and any membership-issued credentials are revoked.
Removing your access does not touch your own account, and it does not delete anything you made in theirs.
Common questions
Do I need separate passwords for each account? No. One login reaches all of them. Your password, your two-factor and your language belong to you, not to any account.
Can I be an Owner in one and a Client in another? Yes, and it is the common case for a freelancer who also has clients.
I was invited but see no switcher. Confirm that you accepted the invitation with the invited email address. Then use the platform dashboard address, rather than a branded host that may be fixed to a single account.
