Note: All prices shown in USD. Your actual billing currency (EUR, GBP, CAD) is determined at checkout based on your location.

The 14-day mail-plan trial lets you choose Starter, Pro, or Agency, set up the account, and test the selected plan before its first subscription charge.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Card checkout: The mail-plan trial starts through card checkout. The payment step and checkout summary show the applicable amount and date.
  • One mail-plan trial per account: It is available only if the account has not already used a paid mail plan or a mail-plan trial.
  • Eligible plans: Starter, Pro, and Agency can be selected with either monthly or yearly billing. Nano does not have a mail-plan trial.

How the Trial Works

  1. Select a Plan: Choose Starter, Pro, or Agency (Monthly or Yearly).
  2. Enter Card Details: You must provide a valid credit/debit card to start the trial.
    • No charge today: You will see a summary confirming "Pay $0.00 today."
  3. Use the selected plan: Its features and current plan limits are available during the trial. Account safeguards can still apply, and the dashboard shows the limits in force for your account.
  4. Billing starts after the trial: Unless you cancel, the selected plan and billing period are charged when the 14 days end. Review the final amount in Billing before the end date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see a trial option?

Mail-plan trials use card checkout. Crypto purchases are yearly mail-plan purchases and do not include the card-based trial flow. If the trial is available to your account, choose card checkout instead.

How do I cancel the trial?

You can cancel from Billing during the 14 days. Cancellation ends the mail-plan trial immediately and returns the account to Nano, so save or adjust anything that needs a paid-plan feature before you confirm.

  • Cancel trial: Use this when you do not want the mail subscription to start. It stops the future charge and ends the trial at once.
  • Switch to Nano: Choosing Nano from Plans also ends the trial immediately.

Can I change plans during the trial?

Yes. You can switch among Starter, Pro, and Agency while the mail-plan trial is active. The selected plan and period become the post-trial subscription choice. Check the updated price shown by the plan selector each time, especially when you switch between monthly and yearly billing.

Are add-ons included in the trial?

No. The Drive Storage add-on and White Label Lite are separate products with their own checkout and trial rules. In particular, White Label has its own 72-hour preview and 30-day trial on every mail plan, including Nano. Read the add-on checkout before activating it rather than assuming the mail-plan trial covers it.

Trial Management

In Billing, you can manage the active mail-plan trial:

  1. Cancel trial: Ends the trial immediately and prevents the scheduled mail-plan charge.
  2. End trial and start subscription now: Charges the shown amount now and converts the selected trial plan into an active subscription. Your bank may ask you to complete an authentication step.

The mail-plan trial is separate from White Label and Drive. Canceling one does not cancel the others.
