Paying with cryptocurrency on TrekMail

What you can buy

For Drive, crypto starts at 5 TB monthly or 500 GB yearly. The order total is in USD. Choose your coin and network on the payment page.

How to pay

1. Open Plans, choose the subscription, size and billing period.
2. Choose Pay with cryptocurrency, review the total and discount, then continue to payment.
3. Choose a coin and the matching network. Send the exact amount shown, allowing for wallet fees.
4. Return to TrekMail and check the status. Storage or branding becomes available after payment is confirmed. Returning to the site alone does not confirm payment.

Discounts, trials and renewal

An active Starter, Pro or Agency email plan gives 10% off White Label Lite. Active White Label Lite gives 10% off a new Drive purchase. Both discounts also apply to crypto. The Drive minimum is checked after discounts; yearly Drive pricing already includes the annual saving.

When renewing an existing White Label Lite crypto subscription before the end of its 7-day grace period, the previously confirmed price is retained. Check the total before paying.

Crypto purchases have no free trial, promo codes or automatic renewal. Any separate trial on the Plans page is a different offer. To continue, pay for the next period before the end date.

For Drive, use Renew Drive for the same size and period. The confirmed price is retained when renewing that subscription before the end of its 7-day grace period; afterwards current prices apply. Changing an active crypto Drive subscription's size, period or payment method is not available.

To stop, do not renew. Your paid period stays available until its end date. If Drive usage exceeds the remaining allowance, there is a 7-day read-only grace period. Afterwards excess Drive files may be permanently deleted. Renew or download and remove excess files in time.

If payment is pending

Closing the window does not cancel an issued invoice. Return to the existing order instead of creating a second one. If you sent funds but payment is pending, incomplete or needs review, contact support with the payment and transaction IDs before paying again. Never share wallet recovery words or private keys.
