Crypto checkout is available for yearly subscriptions through NOWPayments. The coins and networks available for a payment are shown on the NOWPayments checkout page; do not rely on a static list from an article.

Important Limitations

  • Yearly Only: Crypto is not available for monthly billing.
  • No Auto-Renewal: Crypto payments are one-time. Before the paid period ends, start a new payment if you want to continue the paid plan.
  • Checkout offers: Confirm any trial, promotion, or price adjustment in the checkout summary before you pay. Availability can depend on the offer and payment flow.
  • No Add-ons via Crypto: Add-on subscriptions like the Drive Storage add-on and White Label Lite are card-only. If your mail plan is paid in crypto, you can still buy add-ons but they bill to a separate card on file.

How to Pay

  1. Go to Plans.
  2. Switch the toggle to Yearly.
  3. Select your plan.
  4. In the payment popup, switch the tab to Pay with Crypto.
  5. Click Pay Now. You will be redirected to NOWPayments.
  6. Select a supported coin and network, then send the exact amount shown. Confirm both the network and destination in your wallet before sending.

Confirmation Time

  • Confirmation time depends on the selected network and the payment provider.
  • Return to the Billing page after the payment provider reports the payment. If the invoice remains unpaid after the provider reports confirmation, contact support with the invoice ID and transaction ID.
  • Keep the transaction ID and payment confirmation until the invoice is shown as paid.

Canceling a Crypto Subscription

Since crypto payments are one-time (no auto-renewal), cancellation works differently from card subscriptions:

  1. Go to Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Your current plan remains active until the paid period ends. After that, your account reverts to the Nano plan.

Except where applicable law, the processor's terms, or the checkout disclosure requires otherwise, crypto payments are non-refundable because the plan remains available through the purchased period. Submit billing questions through an account support ticket.

Switching Between Stripe and Crypto

  • Review the current plan and its end date in Billing before changing payment rails.
  • Complete the change only through the option offered in the Dashboard. Do not start a second payment while an existing plan change or payment is pending.

What Happens If Payment Fails

  • Payment Expired: If you do not send the crypto within the payment window, the invoice expires. Check Billing before creating a new payment.
  • Underpayment: Contact support with the payment and transaction IDs. A payment needs review before it can be credited or refunded.
  • Renewal Failure: If a renewal payment fails or expires, your existing subscription remains active until its period ends. The failed payment attempt does not interrupt your service.
