14-Day Free Trial
Starter, Pro, and Agency can include a 14-day mail-plan trial when you start through card checkout. It is for an account that has not already used a paid mail plan or a mail-plan trial. The checkout summary shows whether the trial is available and what will be charged when it ends.
During the trial, you can set up the selected plan and try its features. Plan limits and account safeguards still apply, so use the limits shown in your dashboard as the current answer for your account. You can change between paid trial plans from the Plans page; the selected plan and billing period are what take effect after the trial. Moving to Nano ends the mail-plan trial immediately.
See TrekMail 14-Day Free Trial Explained for eligibility, cancellation, and billing details.
Monthly vs Yearly Billing
- Monthly: Pay as you go. Cancel anytime.
- Yearly: Pay for 12 months upfront at the annual rate shown for that plan. The percentage saving varies by tier.
- Example: Starter is $4.00 billed monthly, or $3.50/mo equivalent when billed yearly ($42/year).
Storage
Storage on TrekMail is pooled when Drive is available: your plan's total capacity is shared between email and TrekMail Drive. Starter, Pro, and Agency include Drive. Nano's base storage is email-only until a Drive add-on or trial grants access. Once Drive is active, there is no separate email or Drive allocation within the allowance; plan against the storage shown in the dashboard rather than assume a compression allowance.
Need more space?
Two paid options expand the pool without changing your mail plan tier:
- Dedicated Mail Storage add-on: adds raw megabytes to the pool, purchased on the Billing page.
- Drive Add-on subscription: adds anywhere from 250 GB to 100 TB of pooled capacity. Purchased separately, with monthly or yearly billing in 10 currencies. See Drive Add-on Pricing & Plans.
Both add-ons stack on top of your plan's base allocation and on top of each other.
White Label Lite add-on
If you run TrekMail for clients or as part of a broader product, White Label Lite puts the dashboard and webmail under your brand. It is available on every mail plan, including Nano. The current USD list price is $39 monthly or $389 yearly; checkout shows the applicable currency and final amount.
- Active Starter, Pro, and Agency plans receive 10% off White Label Lite.
- An active White Label Lite subscription receives 10% off the Drive add-on.
- White Label's 72-hour preview and 30-day trial are available across all mail plans.
- Setup uses the current DNS records and branded hostnames shown in your dashboard. TrekMail provisions and renews the certificate after those records verify; do not substitute a generic record from another account.
See What is White Label Lite? and White Label Lite Eligibility and Plan Changes for the setup and billing details.
Promo Codes
If you have a promo code, enter it in the card checkout or plan-change form and review the updated total before confirming. A code is only valid when the checkout accepts it; codes are not available for crypto purchases, and a code already redeemed by the account cannot be used again. Do not rely on a promotion combining with another discount unless the checkout total shows that combination.

Forwarding Addresses deliver on Pro and Agency. Pro includes 100 per domain; Agency raises that to 300. On Nano and Starter you can still set up 25 per domain: they are saved and marked inactive until the account moves to Pro or Agency, then start working without being re-entered. See Forwarding Addresses for the full picture, including how forwarded mail counts against your sending limits.
Domain aliases are included from Starter upward. One connected domain follows one primary domain; a primary domain may serve several connected domains up to the account's normal domain limit. Delivery is receive-only, and both domains must be active with healthy TrekMail MX records. Starter can configure the feature in the dashboard and read its state over API/MCP; Pro and Agency can also automate changes. See Domain Aliases via API and MCP.
API and MCP access: the application currently registers 272 REST routes and 261 stdio MCP tools. Hosted MCP exposes at most 260 because local-path file upload is stdio-only. Availability still depends on your plan, active add-ons, token scopes, membership, resource constraints, transport, and safety settings, so most connections see a smaller list.
Connected-inbox Send As: Starter users can connect external inboxes and choose authorized From addresses in webmail. Programmatic connected-account and Send As management uses message tokens and is available on Pro and Agency. See Send From a Business Address Using Gmail for the simple workflow or Send As Addresses via API and MCP for automation.
