You can pay for Yearly subscriptions using Bitcoin, USDT, Monero, and 50+ other cryptocurrencies via our partner NOWPayments.

Important Limitations

  • Yearly Only: Crypto is not available for monthly billing.
  • No Auto-Renewal: Crypto payments are one-time. When your year is up, you must manually make a new payment to renew — otherwise your account reverts to the Nano plan.
  • No Promo Codes: Promo codes cannot be applied to crypto payments. If you have a promo code, use card payment (Stripe) instead.
  • No Free Trial: Crypto payments do not include a trial period. Your paid plan starts immediately after blockchain confirmation.
  • No Add-ons via Crypto: Add-on subscriptions like the Drive Storage add-on and White Label Lite are card-only. If your mail plan is paid in crypto, you can still buy add-ons but they bill to a separate card on file.

How to Pay

  1. Go to Plans.
  2. Switch the toggle to Yearly.
  3. Select your plan.
  4. In the payment popup, switch the tab to Pay with Crypto.
  5. Click Pay Now. You will be redirected to NOWPayments.
  6. Select your coin and send the exact amount shown.

Confirmation Time

  • It may take 10-60 minutes for the blockchain to confirm your transaction.
  • Your plan will upgrade automatically once we receive the "Confirmed" signal from NOWPayments.
  • Do not close the browser tab until you see the confirmation if possible, though the upgrade will happen even if you do.

Canceling a Crypto Subscription

Since crypto payments are one-time (no auto-renewal), cancellation works differently from card subscriptions:

  1. Go to Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Your current plan remains active until the paid period ends. After that, your account reverts to the Nano plan.

There are no refunds for crypto payments since the plan continues until the period expires.

Switching Between Stripe and Crypto

  • From Stripe to Crypto: You must first cancel your active Stripe (card) subscription and wait for the current billing period to end. Only then can you purchase a crypto plan.
  • From Crypto to Stripe: Once your crypto subscription period expires, you can subscribe to any plan via card payment as usual.
  • Cannot overlap: You cannot have an active Stripe subscription and purchase a crypto plan simultaneously. The system will reject the crypto payment to prevent double billing.

What Happens If Payment Fails

  • Payment Expired: If you don't send the crypto within the payment window, the invoice expires. Your current plan is unaffected — no changes are made.
  • Underpayment: If you send less than the required amount, contact support with your payment ID for resolution.
  • Renewal Failure: If a renewal payment fails or expires, your existing subscription remains active until its period ends. The failed payment attempt does not interrupt your service.
