Monthly vs Yearly TrekMail Billing

Paid TrekMail mail plans have two billing cycles: Monthly and Yearly. Choosing the right cycle depends on your payment preferences and budget.

How yearly pricing works

If you choose a yearly plan, you pay for 12 months upfront at the annual rate shown for that plan. The saving is not identical on every tier, so compare the monthly equivalent and the full amount due before you confirm.

Add-on note: Drive Storage and White Label Lite have their own pricing and billing periods. Their current price and available options are shown separately in Billing or checkout.

Crypto is for yearly mail plans. Drive Storage and White Label Lite are separate subscriptions. Their available payment options are shown in their own checkout rather than inherited from the mail-plan payment method.

Crypto Payments & Yearly Plans

Due to transaction fees and network volatility, cryptocurrency payments are only accepted for Yearly plans.

• If you wish to pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or other supported coins via NOWPayments, you must select the Yearly option.
• Monthly plans cannot be paid with crypto.

Which Should I Choose?

Choose Monthly if

• You want the lowest upfront cost.
• You prefer flexibility to cancel at any time without a long-term commitment.
• You are paying by card and don't mind the standard rate.

Choose Yearly if

• You prefer the discounted annual rate shown for your plan.
• You prefer to pay once and reduce administrative overhead (fewer invoices).
• You want to pay with Cryptocurrency.

Promo Codes

Enter a promo code in card checkout or when changing a plan, then check the total before confirming. A code is available only when checkout accepts it. Crypto purchases do not accept promo codes, and a code already used by the account cannot be redeemed again. Whether a promotion combines with yearly pricing or another discount depends on the offer, so treat the checkout total as the final answer.

Tax at checkout

Tax is included only when the checkout shows it. Stripe Automatic Tax must be enabled and correctly configured, including the required tax registrations and customer location details, before Stripe can calculate a charge. Saving a company country or tax ID in TrekMail does not by itself activate tax collection or guarantee that the value appears on a Stripe invoice.
