Deleting your account is permanent and removes all domains, mailboxes, and stored emails.

Before You Delete

  • Export Important Emails: Use IMAP to download mail to Outlook/Thunderbird.
  • Cancel Subscription: Ensure you don't have an active paid subscription to avoid future charges.
  • Update MX Records: Point your DNS back to your new provider or you'll lose incoming mail.

How to Delete

  1. Go to Settings -> Security.
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone.
  3. Click Delete Account.
  4. Type your password to confirm.

What Happens Next?

  • Immediate: You are logged out.
  • 30-Day Grace Period: We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind.
  • After 30 Days: All data is permanently deleted, including domains, mailboxes, stored emails, and webmail profiles.
