You don't need to ask your admin to change your email password. You can do it yourself through our secure portal.

Who this is for

  • Employees or family members with a mailbox (e.g., alice@example.com).
  • Users setting up a new device who want a fresh password.

Before you start

  • You must know your current mailbox password, or
  • You have a recovery code (issued when your mailbox was set up via invite).
  • If you have neither, contact your administrator for a password reset.

Step-by-step: Change with current password

  1. Go to the Webmail Login page.
  2. Look for the link that says Change Mailbox Password (usually below the login form).
  3. Enter your Email Address.
  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Enter your New Password twice to confirm.
  6. Click Update Password.

Step-by-step: Reset with recovery code

If you forgot your current password but have a recovery code:

  1. Go to the Webmail Login page.
  2. Click Forgot password? (below the login form).
  3. Enter your Email Address.
  4. Enter your Recovery Code (the code you saved when your mailbox was set up).
  5. Enter your New Password twice to confirm.
  6. Click Reset Password.

Note: Recovery codes are one-time use. After resetting, your admin can generate a new code if needed.
