Overview

The Creative Kit tab is the working source for approved affiliate material. It contains positioning guidance, audience research, copy templates, SEO strategy, ad targeting notes, downloadable assets, and brand rules.

Use it as a brief before publishing. The kit changes with the product, so copy its current facts rather than reusing an old screenshot, count, price, or feature list from another campaign.

Sections in the Creative Kit

Overview

The Overview section gives you the core positioning and a quick-start guide:

  • Positioning: practical email operations for people managing domains, mailboxes, migrations, and sending workflows.
  • Quick start guidance: pick one audience and one problem for each campaign.
  • Copy cards: current wording for agency operations, team migration, solo operators, AI and API use cases, Email Verifier, Drive, and other product areas.

Products you are promoting

The kit covers the parts of TrekMail that can be relevant to an affiliate campaign:

Product What it is Commission trigger
Email hosting Domain-based email hosting and its included webmail experience Qualifying subscription payment
Email Verifier Credit-based email-list verification Qualifying credit purchase
Drive storage add-on Extra storage added to an eligible email plan Qualifying add-on subscription payment, at the rate shown in the commission ledger
White Label add-on Per-domain branding for dashboard, webmail, and transactional email Qualifying add-on subscription payment at the program's White Label rate

Webmail is included with TrekMail email hosting rather than sold as a separate product. Use it as supporting context only when it fits the audience's problem. Do not imply that a feature is separately priced or guarantee that it will cause a trial to convert.

Audiences

The current kit has four audience profiles:

Segment Core angle Best channels
Agencies / MSPs Multi-domain operations, margin and dashboard sprawl LinkedIn, targeted Google Search, agency newsletters
Teams Professional email without the G Suite or 365 price tag Facebook, LinkedIn, comparison articles
Solo operators Fast setup, brand credibility, affordable pricing Blog, YouTube, X
AI agents Developers and AI platforms that need email infrastructure programmatically Technical blog content, developer communities, API comparisons

Each profile includes pain points, hooks, objections, target channels, and a suggested landing page. Webmail can support a campaign, but it is not currently a separate audience profile in the kit.

SEO

The kit currently has seven keyword clusters with title ideas and an intended audience:

1. Migration intent: targeting teams and solo operators considering a switch.

  • "move email from Google Workspace"
  • "switch from Microsoft 365 email"
  • "migrate cPanel email to a new provider"
  • Content angle: Step-by-step migration guides comparing effort, cost, and downtime

2. Cost and pricing intent: targeting agencies and teams frustrated with per-seat pricing.

  • "Google Workspace alternative cheaper"
  • "email hosting without per-user pricing"
  • "flat rate email hosting for agencies"
  • Content angle: Calculator-style comparisons showing savings at 10, 25, 50 users

3. Infrastructure and deliverability intent: targeting technical operators and developers.

  • "email hosting with DKIM DMARC setup"
  • "SMTP API email hosting"
  • "MCP email agent tools"
  • Content angle: Technical deep-dives on deliverability, DNS, and API access

4. Aliases, forwarding, and catch-all intent: educational content for solo operators and teams.

  • "email alias for custom domain"
  • "catch-all email address setup"
  • "email forwarding without creating mailbox"
  • Content angle: Educational how-to guides that naturally lead into TrekMail's alias and forwarding features

5. Email verification intent: email-list cleaning, verification APIs, and deliverability preparation. Be precise about verification modes and do not promise inbox placement.

6. Mail filters and automation intent: practical guides to rules, forwarding, auto-replies, and Sieve. Check current plan availability before publishing.

7. Shared inbox and team mailbox intent: support, sales, and operations workflows where multiple people need access to one address.

Each cluster includes a recommended content angle and a note on how to bridge educational content into a commercial CTA.

Ads

Channel-specific playbooks for Google Search, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit/community channels, covering:

  • Audience targeting parameters and exclusions
  • Age and geo targeting recommendations
  • Approved headlines and description copy
  • Channel-specific notes, exclusions, and dos and don'ts

Use the approved copy in the kit as a starting point, then confirm each claim against the current public docs. In particular, do not publish fixed feature counts, storage limits, product prices, or competitor comparisons from an old campaign.

Social

Posting cadence and tone guidelines cover LinkedIn, Facebook, SEO and blog content, Reddit, and X. The kit includes channel-specific rules for keeping posts useful and compliant.

For community posts, lead with an answer to the question being discussed, disclose the affiliate relationship when linking TrekMail, and avoid copy-pasted promotion.

Brand Rules

This section defines what you are and are not allowed to claim or do when promoting TrekMail. Review it before publishing any content.

Always do:

  • Use "TrekMail" exactly as written. Do not use variations or abbreviations.
  • Disclose the affiliate relationship wherever it is required.
  • Anchor each campaign to one specific audience and one specific problem.
  • Use official brand assets without recolouring, stretching, or removing the required clear space.

Never do:

  • Promise guaranteed inbox placement or guaranteed uptime percentages beyond what is documented
  • Claim TrekMail is "the cheapest" or use superlatives without a factual basis
  • Run trademark bidding on "TrekMail" brand search terms
  • Use spam networks, purchased links, forced redirects, or unsolicited bulk email as promotional tactics
  • Frame TrekMail as part of an external marketplace program it is not affiliated with
  • Claim specific webmail feature counts, API tool counts, storage numbers, prices, or discounts without checking the current documentation.

For current technical copy, the complete local stdio MCP catalog contains 261 tools, including 42 Drive tools. A customer connection can expose fewer tools because scopes, plan access, selected toolsets, transport, and safety gates filter the catalog. Recheck these numbers before publishing a new campaign.

Note: Violations of brand rules can result in commission reversal and account suspension. When in doubt, stick to claims that are directly supported by the documentation at trekmail.net.

Assets

Assets are organised into four groups:

Group Files
Brand marks White mountain logo (for dark backgrounds), dark mountain logo (for light backgrounds)
Social creatives Current Facebook, LinkedIn, and X creative files
Blog visuals Current forwarding and aliases visuals
Motion Short-form video spot for Facebook and landing-page use

Click Download on any asset to save it. All files are already sized and formatted for their intended placement.

Use the file description in the kit to choose the correct asset and placement. Do not crop or overlay text in a way that misrepresents the UI or implies features that do not exist.

Campaign Packs

Four pre-built campaign bundles group related resources together:

  • SEO publisher pack: comparison posts, migration guides, filter tutorials, and long-form review content.
  • Agency and MSP pack: B2B landing pages, agency newsletters, and operational comparison pages.
  • Paid ads starter pack: Google Search and Facebook acquisition campaigns.
  • AI and API pack: developer audiences, AI tool builders, and technical content.

Each pack lists what it includes and the recommended CTA approach for that campaign type.

Quick reference: what to link to

Different audiences need different landing pages. Use a custom affiliate link that targets the most relevant current TrekMail page:

Audience Recommended landing page
Solo operators trekmail.net/solo
Developers / AI agents trekmail.net/ai-agents
Teams trekmail.net/teams
General / comparison trekmail.net (homepage)

Before publishing, open the intended destination yourself. If the page has moved or no longer supports the message, choose another current TrekMail page rather than relying on an old landing-page list.
