Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see a trial option?
If you selected Crypto as your payment method, the trial is not available. Crypto payments require an upfront manual transfer for the yearly amount, so they cannot support a "pay later" trial flow. To get the trial, please switch to Card payment.
How do I cancel the trial?
You can cancel anytime during the 14 days from the Billing tab in your dashboard.
- Cancel Trial: Use the "Cancel trial" button to stop the automatic charge at the end of the 14 days. Your access will continue until the trial period expires, after which you will be downgraded to Nano.
- Switch to Nano: If you manually downgrade to the Nano plan via the Plans page, your trial will end immediately.
Can I change plans during the trial?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) as many times as you like during the trial. You will not be charged immediately; the billing amount at the end of the trial will simply update to match your final selection.
Trial Management
In the Billing tab, you have two key options during a trial:
- Cancel trial: Stops the future charge. You keep access for the full 14 days.
- End trial and start subscription now: Immediately charges your card and converts your trial into a full active subscription. Use this if you are ready to commit and want to remove trial limitations (if any).
