TrekMail Referral Program

Overview

The TrekMail referral program lets you earn free months of service by inviting new customers. Once you reach 10 successful referrals, you unlock a 10% lifetime discount on paid plans. Rewards are applied automatically inside your account.

This program is designed to be simple:

• Every successful referral gives you 1 free month.
• This applies even if you’re on the Nano plan.
• At 10 successful referrals you unlock 10% off for life.
• That’s the only discount milestone.

Who can participate

Any TrekMail user can participate, including Nano, Starter, Pro, and Agency accounts. You don’t need to opt in.

Your referral link

Each account has a unique referral link available in your dashboard. Share it exactly as provided to ensure tracking works correctly.

When a referral counts as successful

A referral is credited when:

1. Someone signs up through your referral link, and
2. They complete the qualifying action shown in your dashboard (typically activating a paid plan).

To protect the program from abuse, TrekMail may apply a short verification period before marking a referral as fully successful.

What you earn

1) One free month per successful referral

For each successful referral, you receive 1 free month:

• If you are on Nano: you receive 1 free month of Starter.
• If you are on a paid plan: we extend your next billing date by one month on your current plan.

Your earned free months appear in your dashboard once the referral qualifies.

2) Lifetime 10% discount at 10 referrals

When you reach 10 successful referrals, you unlock:

• 10% off any paid TrekMail plan, for life.

This discount:

• Applies automatically to your future invoices.
• Does not stack with promo codes — if you have both a referral discount and a promo code, we apply whichever gives you the best price.

Where you can see your progress

On your dashboard, the Referrals card shows:

• Your unique referral link with a Copy link button.
• Successful referral count.
• Free months earned.
• Current lifetime discount (if unlocked).
• Progress toward the 10-referral milestone.

Quick-share buttons let you share directly to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, or via email. Click Copy link to copy your referral URL to the clipboard for sharing elsewhere.

Sharing best practices

• Share the full link without altering it.
• Avoid link shorteners that remove referral parameters.
• Add a short personal note about why you use TrekMail.

Anti-abuse policy

We want the program to be fair for everyone. Referrals may be rejected or reversed if we detect self-referrals, duplicate accounts created only to claim rewards, or other clear signs of abuse. TrekMail may update program rules over time. The most current rules will always be shown in your dashboard.
