Try to buy 100TB cloud storage from the large providers and you will not find a price. You'll find a form. Somebody from sales replies within two working days, asks what your use case is, asks how many seats you need, and eventually produces a quote that expires. The storage itself is a commodity; the friction is the product.

The Drive add-on runs on a slider from 250 GB upward. These are the current prices, after a rebalance in July 2026 that cut the ladder by up to 25% across the board:

Above 1 TB the rate is flat at roughly $0.0109 per GB per month, so a larger tier never costs more per gigabyte than a smaller one. The yearly column has a 17% discount built in, which works out at about two months free. If you also hold a White Label subscription, every current tier is a further 10% cheaper when you buy or resize.
And if 100TB cloud storage isn't enough, the slider isn't the ceiling — it's just where self-service stops. Beyond that you talk to support, and the server-side guard sits at 1 PB. That conversation is about provisioning rather than negotiation, and the per-gigabyte rate doesn't suddenly change shape.
Where Our 100TB Cloud Storage Pricing Is Worse
An article claiming we're the cheapest storage anywhere would be checkable and wrong, so let's do that part honestly first.
At consumer sizes we lose, and not narrowly. Google One sells 2 TB for $9.99 a month; ours is $22.40 for the same 2 TB. Backblaze B2 and comparable object stores sell raw capacity at a fraction of a cent per gigabyte, and if all you want is a bucket to dump archives into, they are the correct answer and you should use them.
The comparison shifts as the number grows, though, because consumer plans stop. Google One's ladder ends at 30 TB, and Dropbox and Box move you to a sales conversation well before that. So the honest version is: below a few terabytes we are more expensive than the consumer options and you should probably take them; above roughly 30 TB there often isn't a self-serve option to compare against at all.
What you're paying the difference for is that this is not a bucket. It's storage attached to the same account as your mail, with a browsable interface, per-mailbox spaces, sharing, WebDAV mounting and device sync, and no egress surprises. That bundle is worth something to some people and nothing to others. If it's worth nothing to you, buy the bucket.
Why 100TB Cloud Storage Usually Requires a Sales Call
The reason large providers gate this isn't technical. It's that capacity at this scale is normally sold per seat, and per-seat pricing falls apart when the storage is the point.
Google and Dropbox both price team storage by user. To reach genuinely large pooled capacity you need either a large headcount or an enterprise agreement, which means a conversation, which means a quote. Three people who need 100TB cloud storage are an awkward customer for that model — the revenue doesn't match the seat count, so the pricing page has no answer and hands you to a human.
Our capacity isn't tied to seats at all. A three-person company and a three-hundred-person company pay the same for the same terabytes, because what's being sold is the terabytes. That's the whole difference, and it's why the checkout can exist.
Who Actually Buys Storage at This Size
Not many people need 100 TB, and pretending otherwise would be silly. The buyers who do tend to fall into a few recognizable shapes.
Video and photography work. Raw footage accumulates faster than any other business file type, and the archive can never quite be deleted because a client might come back. A single production house can pass 50 TB in a couple of years without doing anything unusual.
Backup targets. Rather than a live working set, this is somewhere for nightly dumps to land — database snapshots, machine images, an offsite copy of a NAS. The access pattern is write-often, read-almost-never, and predictable monthly cost matters more than latency.
Agencies holding client material. Every client brings assets, and those assets outlive the engagement because nobody wants to be the person who deleted them. Pooled 100TB cloud storage across an entire book of clients is often cheaper than per-client plans elsewhere.
Research and archival data. Datasets that are expensive or impossible to regenerate, held for years, occasionally read.
What these have in common is that the capacity requirement arrives before the headcount does. A four-person studio can need 100TB cloud storage while a four-hundred-person company needs a tenth of it, which is precisely the case per-seat pricing handles worst and flat capacity pricing handles best.
Beyond the Capacity Itself
The storage sits in the same account as the mail rather than beside it, which produces a few things a bucket won't.
Oversized attachments stop being a problem, because a file too large to send becomes a revocable link instead of a bounce — the mechanics are in how share links work. Folders can be shared with another account, so client material doesn't need re-uploading to a third service. Per-mailbox spaces matter more than they sound at this scale. Storage can be pooled for the whole account or carved out per mailbox, so one person's archive can't quietly consume everything and leave nine colleagues with nothing.
The Costs That Don't Appear on the Slider
Large storage bills are rarely just the storage line, which is why comparing headline rates alone tends to mislead.
Object stores usually charge for egress — reading your own data back out — and for API operations, so a restore or a migration away can produce an invoice considerably larger than any month of storage. That's not a trick; it's how the model works, and it's fine as long as you've priced it. It does mean the cheap per-gigabyte number isn't the number you'll pay in the month you actually need the data.
Our 100TB cloud storage price is the price. Downloads aren't metered separately, and there's no per-operation charge for uploading, listing or reading files. The trade you're making is a higher standing rate in exchange for a bill that doesn't move when you use the thing you bought. For a backup target that sits quiet for eleven months and gets fully restored in the twelfth, that arithmetic often lands in our favor even though our per-gigabyte rate is higher.
Buying It, and Changing Your Mind
The slider goes up and down. Resizing applies from the next cycle, and you aren't locked into the size you first picked, so starting at 10 TB and growing into 100TB cloud storage over a year is the normal path rather than an exception.
Payment is card, PayPal or crypto across a wide range of currencies. There's no minimum term on monthly billing, and the yearly discount is available at every tier rather than only at the large end, which is the usual place providers hide it.
The honest summary: if you want the absolute lowest cost per gigabyte and nothing else, object storage wins and we won't pretend otherwise. If you want a large amount of storage that behaves like a drive, sits with your email, and can be bought this afternoon without a discovery call, that's the gap this fills — and at 100 TB, the ability to simply buy it is most of the value.
