Can each domain have its own brand?

Yes. Brand the whole account at once, or give each domain its own logo, colors, sender and name, so one workspace can run many client brands. Set it in the dashboard, or automate it per domain through the REST API and MCP tools.

How long does it take to go live?

For one domain: minutes. Add a CNAME pointing app.yourbrand.com at our edge, upload your logo and pick your accent color in the dashboard, and the product flips to your brand. SSL is provisioned for you in the background.

Can I see my brand before I pay?

Yes, and it costs nothing: no card at all. Set a name, a logo and a colour, and your real branded dashboard and webmail open on a temporary address we host. There is a finished example brand too, if you would rather just click around. The link lasts three days and you can always get a fresh one. Whatever you set is saved: activate later and you carry on where you stopped rather than starting again.

Can I host the webmail at my own subdomain?

Yes. mail.yourbrand.com or app.yourbrand.com via CNAME, with certificates managed by us. The apex (yourbrand.com) is not supported, only subdomains, because the apex typically already serves your marketing site.

What about deliverability?

We generate SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT records for every customer domain and monitor reputation continuously, the same deliverability stack we run for ourselves. Each customer domain can route through its own SMTP provider, too.

How does customer support work?

You handle Tier-1. Set your From name, From address and a support URL in the dashboard, and every system email points customers to your help center, and replies route to your support inbox. TrekMail never replies to your customers under your brand.

Where does customer data live?

Primary email infrastructure and primary Customer Content storage are hosted in France. Payment processing and certain supporting services may operate from other jurisdictions as described in our Privacy Policy.

What does the free trial charge, and when?

Nothing today. We ask for a card to start it, your brand goes live immediately, and the first charge lands on day 30 unless you cancel before then. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. The brand keeps serving to day 30, then retires.

What can a client see once I give them a login?

Exactly the domains you assign, and nothing else. Not your billing, not your other clients, not the branding screens, so a client never learns who supplies the service. Six ready-made roles cover the usual jobs; if you want narrower still, build a Custom role and tick permissions one at a time.

Does my customer ever see the TrekMail name?

No. Dashboard, webmail, sign-in, emails and support links all carry your brand. TrekMail appears only in your agreement with us.

Is there a separate base plan I need to buy first?

No. White Label works with every mail plan, including Nano. Any paid mail plan gives you 10% off White Label.

Does inviting people cost extra?

No. Invite as many clients and teammates as you need.

Is there a billing / reseller layer included?

No. You set your own prices and keep using the billing system you already have.

Can I migrate existing customers to White Label?

Yes. Existing mailboxes stay online while your branding is applied. No downtime and no data move.

What happens if I cancel the White Label subscription?

Your TrekMail plan and data stay unchanged. White Label remains active through the end of your current billing period, followed by a 7-day reactivation window. After that, customer pages return to TrekMail branding.
