Q: How long does verification take?

Quick Check: seconds for most lists, even thousands of emails. Deep Check: a few minutes for small lists, up to several hours for 50,000+ emails due to SMTP probe rate limiting.

Q: Is my data secure?

Your email lists are processed securely and automatically deleted after 15 days. We never share, sell, or store your data beyond the retention period. All connections use TLS encryption.

Q: Can I use it via API?

Yes. We offer a full REST API for single and bulk verification, plus MCP tools so AI agents (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) can verify emails directly. API access is available on all plans.

Q: What file formats are supported?

You can paste raw text (we extract emails automatically), or upload .txt, .csv, or .xlsx files up to 10 MB. For CSV/XLSX, we auto-detect the email column.

Q: Can I cancel a running verification?

Yes, at any time. Credits are only charged for emails that were actually verified. Unprocessed emails are refunded automatically.
